About Us
I take great pride in providing my customers with the best possible cakes that I can create. All cakes are freshly baked to order using fresh and good quality ingredients. I am fully insured and registered with a food hygiene and food allergen awareness.
Upon placing your orders, I do require the customer to state any dietary requirement needed, as I cannot accept any responsibly if I am not informed prior to starting the order.
All orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. The deposit is required within 12 hours to secures your date and provide materials needed for your order. I can accept a date change up to 1 month prior to your date, if I have the date needed availability. This also could incur a price crease depending of price of materials.
The full balance is required on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of your collection date. Cancellations over the 30 days of your collection date will only lose the deposit.
I accept changes to your order, if an order is increased, the price will reflect this. If the order is decreasing the deposit is non-refundable, but there will be a smaller balance to pay. Changes will need a minimum of 2 weeks notices if specific items require ordering. Unless the size of the cake needs increasing 1 weeks’ notice is possible if I have the materials.
All orders under £30 require full payment up front.
All payments are required via bank or PayPal transitions. Please remember if you pay via PayPal you will need to pay as friends and family so I don’t incur the fees. I do offer payment plans. Please remember that the 50% deposit of the order is still non-refundable.
When transporting the cakes please place the cake in the box in the foot well of the passenger side. Ensure you have the air conditioning on to keep the cake cool. DO NOT place cakes on laps or seats in the car as this can case the cake to slide.
Cakes will be kept in a cool place out of the heat on my premises. Once you have collected, please ensure that you keep cakes in a cool place out of direct sun light. I cannot take any responsibility for damaged cakes once it has left my premises.
Please do not put fondant cakes in the fridge, as this will make the Fondant sticky. Buttercream cakes can be placed in the fridge, but be mindful of the Fondant covered boards becoming sticky.
Wedding cakes/cupcakes are delivered and setup, this does reflect in the price. Hire items are setup and collected on the same date of hire. Hire agreements are require to be read and signed upon placing the order.
